Version 0.11 Minor Update

A minor update:

-Reduced spawn rates for certain events to lessen the overwhelming rate of new communities and people. This will be more substantially addressed in a larger update coming soon.

-Fixed some typos (plague, available), updated the wording of some events to make them less awkward.

-Updated the spacing for text on both the Events and Records screens so text does not run off the screen.

Known Issues:

-Vowels disappear for many words, leading to words being a string of consonants. No idea why yet!

-The pronoun 'they' doesn't always fit grammatically into sentences the same way other pronouns do, as often words around it are conjugated as if it was a plural pronoun. This fix will come with the coming larger update.
